  • You understand that donations are, unless expressly stated otherwise, voluntary and non-refundable, without prejudice to Capital Humano Inc.’s discretion to consider refund requests in the event of processing errors.

Payment processing is carried out by specialized external providers, who maintain their own terms and security policies. Capital Humano Inc. does not directly store full payment card data. We recommend keeping your donation receipt for tax purposes; Capital Humano Inc. will issue the corresponding receipts in accordance with the regulations applicable to tax-exempt organizations in Florida.

5. Contact Forms and Newsletter Subscription

The Site offers forms that allow users to contact us or subscribe to our newsletter (“Newsletter”). By completing these forms, you consent to Capital Humano Inc. using the data provided as described in the Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each communication, or by contacting us directly.
